Regent Warsaw Hotel

The location was great, with easy access to the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bath. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the pool facilities were a nice addition. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Warsaw.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing with a limited selection and poor quality of food. there were some cleanliness issues in the room and the pool closed earlier than what was initially stated.

Excellent breakfast, spacious room with great views, friendly staff, and convenient location near bus lines and a park. EV charging available. Staff assistance with car battery issue was appreciated. Good for families with playground nearby.

This hotel has all the luxurious amenities that one would expect from a 5, star hotel. From the grand interior to the top, notch service, everything is impressive. the spa and wellness center have a variety of treatments to choose from. the swimming pool area is pristine and has both Jacuzzi and steam room facilities. the restaurant serves a Continental breakfast, with a special diet menu available upon request. the rooms are spacious, with exclusive amenities, expect nothing but comfort and luxury.

Although the hotel provides top, quality services, there were some minor issues with the attitude towards guests. We felt somewhat suspicious, making us feel less respected as a guest.

It was easy to access the city center using public transport, and the hotel's proximity to the business district was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

One negative aspect mentioned by guests is that there is limited space in the corridor leading to the rooms, making it challenging to hang bulky clothing items such as coats and scarves.

The luxurious exclusive amenities of this hotel were outstanding. the in-room facilities, including the room advantages, were top-notch, making us feel like VIPs. the outstanding service and helpful staff exceeded our expectations. the Spa and wellness centre provided us with a highly relaxing and rejuvenating experience with its sauna, indoor swimming pool, and steam room. the large heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers made the experience even more enjoyable.

Despite the overall excellence, there was only one minor issue with our experience. the bar/lounge area lacked a certain charm that we were expecting from such a luxurious venue.
